Step 1: Desktop Setup (MacBook/Windows)  

  • Install 1Focus (Mac) / Freedom (Windows).  

  • Enable "Launch at login".  

  • Grant necessary permissions.  

  • Configure blocking schedules.  

  • Select apps to block (e.g., chat apps, social media).  

  • Keep email accessible for OTP codes.  

  • Set schedule (e.g., 6 AM - 12 PM).  

  • Enable daily automation (note: after selecting this, it will activate the blocker, make sure everything is set up correctly).
