Actions

Step 1: WhatsApp Business Setup

  • Configure WhatsApp Business

  • Download WhatsApp Business from App Store

  • Go to Settings → Business Tools

  • Set up general greeting message

  • Create availability window message (e.g., "Available 1 PM - 5 PM")

  • Include alternative contact methods

  • Configure Away Messages (optional)

  • Set up out-of-office response

  • Enable automatic activation
